The Credential

Two Million Subscribers as a Teenager

I found the Harlem Globetrotters on YouTube at nine years old, taught myself their tricks, and never stopped. At 14 I started posting from my bedroom, three or four videos a day, edited on my phone. One video, spinning a basketball for two years straight, turned an obsession into a career. At 16 I crossed two million YouTube subscribers as the best ball spinner in the world.

The Story

From a Gym in Rigby, Idaho to The Tonight Show

I grew up around the game: my dad, Sean, runs Jump Start Sports Academy in Rigby, Idaho, and I still train and film there. When the Harlem Globetrotters booked a show near my town, I posted a countdown video every day for 57 days; they noticed me in their comments and put me courtside. The Tonight Show found me on TikTok and flew me to New York to spin a basketball on a toothbrush on national TV. AirRack put me in front of the best young creators in the world, I have lit up the Utah Jazz Jumbotron, and my story has run in national press like HuffPost.

I dunk too. At Dunk Camp 2024, my first camp, I touched 10′10″ on day one, won the 8-foot contest, and threw the lob that Jordan Southerland double-elbowed on the first try. I told the whole story to Dylan Haugen on the Dunk Talk Podcast.
